Our business model differs significantly from what is used by most other video production companies. Our experience has taught us that viewers – your potential clients – are much more interested in useful and actionable content than high end production.
For the cost of one network quality image video, you can record, release and promote ten to twenty “talking head” educational videos. When done right, these videos and your accompanying blog post style written description, proper tagging and hastagging, and widespread distribution will allow you to share your knowledge and credibility widely and indefinitely.
Here’s how it works:
- we meet by phone or Skype call one to two times per month to brainstorm and generate topics and copy points. You benefit by tapping into our experience of recording, producing and analyzing hundreds of educational legal videos.
- we will walk you through the process of creating a basic but functional “home studio.” At the outset, your studio can be your home office or kitchen table, and your equipment can be your iPhone or Andriod phone. As you see results in the form of calls and cases, we can upgrade your studio and equipment.
- We will stand by (in a virtual sense) as you practice recording a video.
- Using the topics and copy points created above, you will record three to five raw videos
- We will then upload these raw video files to Dropbox (we can do this remotely if you wish) and we produce and distribute your videos to multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, AVVO, LinkedIn, Twitter, Vimeo and others. We can do as little or as much post production as you like, including writing a blog post style written description for your video – this helps make your videos more findable, adding tags and hashtags, monitoring and responding to comments, and posting comments on other relevant platforms.
While we believe that you should plan to upload approximately 50 videos over a six month period of time to test our system, we do not ask you to sign any type of long term contract.
