We are different than other marketing companies in three ways. First, our company was founded by and is operated by a practicing lawyer, Jonathan Ginsberg. Jonathan developed an educational video marketing system to build three different practices in his own firm so the approach we use when working with you is the same approach that has worked and continues to work for Jonathan’s firm (Ginsberg Law Offices) and other clients.
Created by Lawyers for Lawyers
As lawyers, we rely on our knowledge, experience and wisdom to make complex legal topics understandable to our clients. A non-lawyer working for a video production company simply does not have the substantive knowledge or the real world experience to advise you how to communicate with potential clients using video. If you have ever tried to hire a non-lawyer to write blog posts or web content for you, you will notice this disconnect immediately.
When you hire us and engage with a fellow lawyer to brainstorm actionable and relevant topics, you will be positioned to enter the conversations already taking place in your prospective clients’ minds and thus become the obvious expert for legal problems.
Multiple Educational Videos Work Better than One Expensive “Image” Video
Second, we believe that the expensive image videos touted by many production companies are not an effective strategy to generate direct response. A $15,000 image video may look really good but if that video only generates 150 views over the course of a year and the lawyer’s video channel boasts only 15 or 20 subscribers, this investment is simply not good business.
The Old Model Requiring Expensive Production No Longer Makes Sense
Third, we approach the process of producing videos much differently from video production companies. Under our model, you will release multiple videos every month because we do not rely on cumbersome and costly camera crews to record the videos. Instead, we will train you to record raw video on your smart phone or digital camera, after which we step in to edit, produce and promote these videos. Given that the quality of videos generated by your smart phone or digital camera is more than sufficient for YouTube, Facebook, AVVO, and LinkedIn, we think that the old ways of creating videos are no longer applicable in 2020 and beyond.
